I honestly don’t think adults know how hard it is to grow up in a society in this generation. They always say, “Oh, we were teenagers once, we understand.” No..actually you don’t, you have never experience bullying as much as we have. You have never gotten anonymous hate over the internet. You have never cried over someone cyber bullying you. You don’t understand how many teenagers sit in their room every night cutting, crying, throwing up, writing suicide letters, negatively thinking, trying to convince their self to not have dinner tonight, standing in front of the mirror after they get out of the shower hating what they are looking at, looking at the fat on their body thinking, “How can i get rid of that?” wanting a flatter stomach, wishing they had bigger boobs. Wanting to be prettier, ALWAYS comparing themselves to any other girl they see. you have no idea..
in seventh grade my girlfriend wrote me a note to break up with me and i acted like i didnt find it and acted completely normal all day and sat with her at lunch and then at the end of the day i broke up with her in front of our whole math class and she said I BROKE UP WITH YOU FIRST and i said wow thats pathetic and nobody believes that and she cried and i watched gay porn in 7th grade anyway so the joke is double on her
